At NUTEK, we uphold the core values of “Integrity & Honesty, Respect & Care, Professionalism & Initiative.” We firmly believe that the purpose of a business goes beyond serving customers, employees, and partners — it extends to fulfilling responsibilities to society and the environment.
Our CSR efforts focus on three key areas: corporate governance, environmental protection, and social engagement.
Rooted in Taiwan: We are committed to cultivating local R&D talent and creating job opportunities to grow sustainably with Taiwan.
We comply with all legal and ethical standards, and build a sound corporate system that offers employees a safe and supportive workplace.
We prioritize occupational health and safety, conducting regular audits of our facilities and production processes to ensure a secure working environment.
We take environmental impact seriously in every stage of production, with energy saving and carbon reduction as our core goals.
We strictly follow the EU RoHS directive and implement strong pollution prevention measures.
We carefully assess raw materials, promote recycling and reuse, and reduce resource consumption through efficient production management.
Guided by the spirit of “Caring for society, supporting the vulnerable, and providing meaningful assistance,” we actively participate in charitable activities and volunteering.
We support the Chen Wan-Zhi Foundation in its mission of social reinvestment.
We contribute to the preservation of Liu Family Historic House as a way of respecting local cultural heritage.
We donate ambulances to improve local emergency medical services.
We sponsor Down syndrome communities (e.g., Children Are Us Foundation), encouraging independence and employment for disadvantaged groups.
The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and surrounding regions are rich in minerals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), and tungsten (W), collectively known as 3TG, which are essential in electronics. However, some of these minerals are used by armed groups to fund violence and exploit civilians, thus known as “conflict minerals.”
NUTEK declares and commits not to use conflict minerals from such regions. We require all suppliers to comply with our sourcing policy, ensuring that the metals used in products, components, or materials supplied to us do not originate from conflict zones.
We also call on all suppliers to take corporate responsibility seriously and commit to ethical sourcing practices. NUTEK will continue to monitor the issue and actively respond to global efforts to mitigate conflict mineral risks, contributing to justice and sustainability.
